The purpose of this study is to know the effect of popular English song (X) and their listening skill (Y) at tenth grade of MA AL FALAHIYYAH IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2021/2022. There were 48 students taken as the sample of this study who were determined by using random sampling technique. This study was used a quasiexperimental method by using nonquivalent design. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 25 and the instruments used were used missing lyrics. The result of research shows the English popular song has significant effect on students‟ listening skill. In other words, this method is very suitable and can be applied to improve listening skill with missing lyrics in the tenth grade of MA Al Falahiyyah Sukamanah in Academic year 2020/2021.
