<note>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh
Customer Experience, Service Quality, dan E-Commerce terhadap Keputusan
Pembelian. Penelitian in dilakukan pada konsumen Toko Hypermart Karawaci
Tangerang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan
nonprobability sampling, sehingga diperoleh 100 responden yang memenuhi
kriteria sampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan
analisis regresi linier berganda sebagai teknik analisis data dan menggunakan
software SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Customer
Experience, Service Quality, dan E-Commerce berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Secara simultan Variabel Customer Experience,
Service Quality, dan E-Commerce herpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.</note>
