Permata Insani Islamic School is one of the private schools with a substantial number of students and teachers. There are several school areas that are open to visitors other than students and staff, such as parking areas, a mosque, and a field. The presence of specific events like Group Prayers, Collective Religious Gatherings, Joint Celebrations, and other occasions leads to a high number of community members or individuals attending Permata Insani Islamic School. Therefore, this study aims to address the issue of parking area utilization, intending to facilitate the parking space usage. In this study, the average number of vehicle users is estimated to be around 500 individuals on regular days, whereas for certain events, the average rises to approximately 800 people. This is due to the strategic residential location surrounding Permata Insani Islamic School and the predominantly Muslim community, resulting in enthusiastic participation in Islamic activities. If the parking area is maximally utilized, it can enhance the school's economy and regulate the parking space utilization. The development of a QR Code-based Parking application will contribute to a well-organized parking environment and an increased school economy. In an effort to enhance the performance of the QR Codebased parking system's management structure currently in operation, the researcher proposes several recommendations. The goal is to transform the existing manual approach into an automated process using QR code technology within the parking system framework. Through the implementation of this QR Code-based approach, it is anticipated that users will experience greater ease in navigating the parking process within this system. Following the evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS), an average score of around 80 was obtained, categorizing the assessment as "Very Good" with a "B" grade.
