<note>The aim of this research was to know whether there is significant effect of Social 
Networking Site Telegram on the pronunciation of students at the eleventh grade of 
SMA Syekh-Yusuf. This research used quantitative method. 24 students were taken 
non-randomly as the sample by using quasi experimental research one group pretestposttest design. Students‟ test and questionnaire were used by the researcher to collect 
the data. The hypothesis data was tested by using t-test formula and It was found that 
the result of the t-test was -Tcount < -Ttable (-4,987 < -2,068). It means, there was a 
significant difference after using Social Networking Site Telegram on the pronunciation 
of students at the eleventh grade of SMA Syekh-Yusuf. Then, it was also known from 
the percentages of students‟ posttest, there were 29% students can pass the minimum 
criteria which means the pronunciation of students was improved after using social 
networking site Telegram in the experimental class. Moreover, the evaluation of 
learning model was good with the percentages 76%, students‟ learning motivation was 
very good with the percentages 85%, and created a good class atmosphere with the 
percentages 83% in experimental class.</note>
