Using panel data of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector consumption sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018, multiple linear regression analysis is used by first testing the classical assumptions consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and autocorrelation tests. Partial research results (t test) prove that the independent variable of Firm Size (Total Asset), and Current Ratio (CR) do not have a significant effect on firm value while the other independent variables namely Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Assets (ROA) has a significant effect on firm value. Then the results of the study (F test) found a sig value of 0,000 which means <0.05 so that simultaneous company size variables (Total Asset), Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Return On Assets (ROA) has a significant influence on company value.
