<note>The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of communication,
organizational climate and training on employee performance. The research
object chosen in this study is Curug District, Tangerang Regency. Data were
collected through a questionnaire method that was filled independently of 57
respondents using the random sampling method. Measurement of the related
variables was tested using Multiple Linear Regression analysis and the results
showed that the t test, f test and analysis of the coefficient of determination were
within the expected value range. The results of this study prove and conclude that:
Simultaneously the influence of communication, organizational climate and
training on employee performance in the t test, obtained communication tcount of
2.187, organizational climate of 2.546, training of 7.784 while ttable of 2.006.
These results indicate that the three variables exceeding tcount show positive and
significant results. Thus there is a significant influence between the role of
communication, organizational climate and training on employee performance.
The calculation results obtained by the calculated F value of the model is 119.262
with a probability value of 0,000. The value of f table with a level of α 5%
numerator df = k-1 (number of variables -1 or 3-1 = 2), and denumerator df = nk1 (n is the number of data-k is the number of variables or 57 - 4 - 1 = 52)
obtained the number 2.55 because fcount> ftabel (119.262 > 2.55). This means
that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the role of
communication, organizational climate and training are positively and
significantly related to employee work performance, or it can be said that the
three variables together are related and there is a positive and significant
relationship. After testing, the results of the quadratic determination coefficient
analysis are obtained above, proving that the role of communication,
organizational climate and training have contributed simultaneously to the work
performance of employees of 86.4% and 13.6% are still influenced by other
factors and cannot be mentioned on variables that were not researched. This
means that there is a significant influence between the role of communication,
organizational climate and training on employee work performance.</note>
