Occupational Health and Safety is an important part of a program that protects workers. This program was established to reduce the risk of workplace accidents and to comply with government regulations on worker safety. The purpose of this research is to find out the source of the danger that occurs when operating a production machine. The HAZOP method of hazard marking is systematic and comprehensive and structured to find various problems that hinder the process as well as hazards that exist in equipment that are detrimental to humans or facilities in the system. This method is used as a preventative measure to ensure that system flows run smoothly and safely. The results of the analysis there are 27 sources of danger that occur in each machine that is operated. The results were then presented and obtained the results of the most dangerous sources of 56% classified as low, 33% classified as moderate, and 11% classified as high.
