<note>This research has several aims. First, to find out the direct influence among intrinsic reading motivation and reading amount. Second, to find out the direct influence among reading amount and reading comprehension. Third, to find out the direct influence among intrinsic reading motivation and reading comprehension. The last, to find out the indirect among intrinsic reading motivation towards reading comprehension through reading amount at the tenth grade students of SMAN 10 Tangerang. The population of this research was the whole classes of 10th grade which consist of 352 students and then, 187 students were selected as the sample by using proportionate sample random sampling and using Slovin Formula as the sample of the research. The data were collected using test and questionnaire. Non-parametric and simple path analysis were used to find out the direct and indirect influence among each variables. The result showed that first, there is contributes directly among intrinsic reading motivation toward reading amount. Second, there is no contributes directly among reading amount and reading comprehension. Third, there is no contributes directly among intrinsic reading motivation and reading comprehension. The last, there is no contributes indirectly among intrinsic reading motivation towards reading comprehension through reading amount. This research contributes for English teacher to increase students intrinsic reading motivation to be more dilligent in reading.</note>
