<note>This study aims to describe presuppositions and also interpret meanings that have been classified into the types of presuppositions contained in narrative texts found in electronic school books (BSE) and identify the most dominant types of presuppositions that have been found. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses the theory of Yule and Cummings to support the research. The results of the analysis show that the narrative text found in the electronic school book (BSE) is highly dependent on existential presuppositions or definite descriptions with the 20 data sample. Data analysis is done by classifying and categorizing data to find conclusions. The results showed that 5 types of presuppositions were found based on Yule's theory, including: existential presupposition, lexical presupposition, factive presupposition, non-factive presupposition and counterfactual presupposition, unfortunately no counterfactual presupposition types were found in narrative text. The data of this research are in the form of sentences that have triggers in presuppositions. The results of this study indicate that existential presuppositions are the most dominant type with 8 data (40%) existential presuppositions, 5 data (25%) lexical presuppositions, 3 data (15%) factive presuppositions and structural presuppositions, and 1 data (5%) non-factive presuppositions. On the other hand, the type of counterfactual presupposition is a type that is not used at all in the story.</note>
