The research was conducted at SMK SIERE CENDEKIA, Tangerang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of using word chains for writing skills. The population of this research is the students of class X SMK SIERE CENDEKIA Tangerang Regency. The sample of this research is 20 students of class X office management. This research uses Quasi Experimental. Research data were collected through pre-test and post-test.
