Peer review journal factors affecting employee performance: studies at Banking in Indonesia
Employee performance at PT Bank Mega tends to depend on their respective leadership
styles.Knowing the role of recruitment, transformational leadership, and organizational confidence in the
performance of a bank organization.Quantitative method of samples in this study was 75 respondents with the
sampling method used was convenience sampling. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire, which
was filled in self-report by the respondents. Analysis SEM-PLS, data processing was carried out using the
Partial Least Square (Smartpls) version 3.0.The results show that recruitment has a positive and significant
effect on the performance of employeesCall Center at PT Bank Mega Tbk. However, leadership transformation
has no effect on employee performance.Leaders have different characters so that the communication
relationship between superiors and subordinates is not well established. Leaders in companies engaged in
services must be able to maintain good relations with their employees, because basically all good
communication can create a comfortable working atmosphere so as to improve the performance of their
employees.
