Using youtube application to improve students' speaking skills at the tenth grade of SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang In academic year 2022/2023
The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant influence
using the effect of using Youtube application to improve students’ speaking skill for
English language learners at the tenth grade of SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang in academic year
2022/2023. This research population in the tenth grade students at SMK PGRI 1
Tangerang in the academic year 2022/2023. The number of students in the tenth grade is
257 students, the researcher used Quasi-Experimental Design. Researchers used Pre-Test
and Post-Test during the data collection process. Based on the results of the study, it is
known that the data is normally distributed and homogeneous. Hypothesis testing is using
paired sample test. This shows Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In other words, there is
a significant influence of using Youtube application to improve students’ speaking skill
for english language learners in the tenth grade of SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang. Therefore, it
can be concluded that there is a positive effect of using Youtube application on the
speaking skill of students in the tenth grade of SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang
