The use of simon says game to increase student's vocabulary mastery at the third grade of SDN Malangnengah 1 in academic year 2022/2023
This research was conducted at SDN Malangnengah I with the aim of knowing the
use of Simon Says Game to increasing students’ vocabulary mastery at third grade.
This research uses Quantitative with Quasi-Experimental method. The sample in
this research was 65 students from grade 3A and 3B. The data was collected through
observation and used pre-test and pos-test. The researcher used SPSS version 22 to
analyzed the data, in this analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with the
significance value 0.000, it means that 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is
accepted and Ho is rejected. it means that there is a significant effect of using Simon
Says Game to increase students’ vocabulary mastery at third grade of SDN
Malangnengah I in academic year 2022/2023. Based on this research, the researcher
hopes that future researcher can conduct similar researcher with the different
English skills.
