The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant effect on the use of students' vocabulary mastery after implementing the Spelling Bee Website Game as a medium for sixth graders at SDN Sindangsari I, Pasar Kemis, Kabupaten Tangerang. This research is a quantitative method with a sample of 36 students taken non-randomly using a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design, a formula to test the normality of the data was using Lilliefors and to test the homogeneity was using Levene. Student tests were used by researcher to collect the data. Hypothesis data was tested using the T-test formula, it is known that, Asymp .sig (2 tailed) from the pretest and posttest data above is 0.000 less than
